Fimel's Meeting Request unit is an electronic device that is used to transmit short test messages (wait, come in, engaged, etc.) for people waiting for services at public offices or professional practices. Communication is quick, efficacious, and user-friendly. A (master) module located in an office communicated with a module (outside the door) located in a waiting room and provides the public with instant messages. The Meeting Request unit can be integrated with other modules that dialogue with other external posts (secretary's office, assistants, messengers) that also need to receive messages coming from the master post.
The novelty of this product lies in the fact that no wiring is required, and so installation is quick and easy.
There are eight pre-compiled messages in Italian, English, and French:
COME IN, WAIT, ENGAGED, REPORT YOUR ARRIVAL, SECRETARY, MESSENGER, ASSISTANT, OUT OF THE OFFICE.
This system can be programmed in all European languages using an infrared ray remote control.
The messages can be accompanied by acoustic signals.
In standby mode, the Meeting Request Radio acts as a clock. |
